Remakes are KING!

Because it's so shamefully ironic to me after my last post, I bring you trailer for KING KONG. I was licking a still of Naomi Campbell when the irony hit me. Let me state now that I am anticipating this movie with great... anticipation.

This looks amazing. Coming from Peter Jackson I'm sure it will be one of the best of the year. Luckily, my last post is still accurate since this isn't coming out until December. I hope King Kong makes a billion dollars.

On another note, his production diaries are still going up online, although it's mostly geeky CGI stuff at this point. There are some really cool ones in the archives, though, including one with guest director Brian Singer. So if you watch those production diaries, you'll know that he's nowhere near as round as he was in this picture. He's lost a lot of weight. Peter Jackson made $200 million for LOTR and may receive up to $100 million more.
